citizen files for a green card for spouse within the United States, case being transferred from NBC to SNJ (New Jersey Service Center)
When a U.S. citizen files for a marriage-based green card for their spouse within the United States, is it possible that the case being transferred from NBC to SNJ (New Jersey Service Center) indicates some kind of procedural error? When will my I-765 be accepted?
I printed my fingerprints two days ago and my case status changed to " being actively reviewed by USCIS". However, I wonder when my I-765 EAD will be approved?
(in my USCIS account, it estimates my I-765 will be approved after 8 months. But USCIS processing time says it will take about three and half months at National benefits center. Will it take so long?)
And my USCIS account indicates that I was waived interview for I-485. The processing service center is National Benefits Center.
