about EAD without biometrics appointment
Is there anyone whose EAD got approved without biometrics appointment (since they used your previous biometric information) ? and How long did it take to get EAD card since you got a NOA about biometrrics?
I just got a NOA (notice date: 03/05/25) and they says I don’t need to go to the biometrics appointment since I’ve already done it for my 485 and VAWA.
and now my process moved to on phase 3: case decision.
Needing EB1A interview experience at Dallas FO
Hi Everyone, I have an interview coming up in a month’s time and I just wanted to know if anyone has had experience being interviewed at the Dallas FO in Irving. I appreciate any and all insights.
Also, would like to know if it is recommended to attend the interview with a Lawyer, I would like Attorney recommendations too.

My I-140 was approved on January 31, and I applied for I-485, I-765, and I-131 on February 24. I completed my biometrics yesterday. Can anyone share insights on the typical timeline for receiving a decision on the EAD, AP and I-485? When can I expect to receive the final decision for these applications?

after REF a year ago, status changed to "case is being reviewed" again today
I got notice to submit REF a year ago so I submitted right away last year and the status changed to respond was received.
Today, finally status changed but to "case is being reviewed" again....
(why don't they make a decision and just keep reviewing the case....it is so frustrating.)
