I485 application redraw
Hello everyone I'm back again to refresh everyone's memory, I brought my husband to the US on k1 got married then applied for 485 later realized that he only used me to come over here long short so this morning I saw on the website soon-to-be ex-husband who used me to come to US, his I-485 application to adjust of statute finally redrawn on March 18 2025 Immigration said they send redrawn notice on March 18-2025 to let us know the application will no longer process… I'm kinda happy but my question is can he reapply without my consent? Before he left the house he took the marriage certificate and a couple of Copy of my old driver's license and we are still married I haven't filed for divorce yet because he refused to sign. whats gonna happennow?
action taken on my case
got 4 emails yesterday saying action has been taken on my case…. log in and can only see one that my i130 has been approved
back in January my 485 was denied I filed 290b to reopen but didn’t receive the receipt notice as yet but the money order has been cashed….
Do you guys think that the other 3 emails was the approval of the appeal to reopen… have anyone experienced this before…. when I sent the form 290b I send all the supported documents of what they wanted and all new evidence..🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

The only thing I received was a receipt number and biometrics under SIJS case that I think it got fixed. Haven't received absolutely nothing after that. What do you guys think? Good or bad sign?

can you contact your congressman at 15 months are is that too early my pd is Dec 29 2023 are should I wait are few more days and see this processing is worse especially when yu guys go on vacation together and you have to go back home and your partner can't come with you at the moment because your waiting on the process to be approved is worse heart felt feelings that's stay with you for a while that hurts more the physical pain please God im asking you for a approval soon for all of us that's waiting do it for us all yu can do it🙏🙏

Filed beginning of January and interview was scheduled yesterday. Process was through 3 year green card holder, fingerprinting (biometrics) weren’t needed (they used from previous case)
