I have a question about I -140
I sent my I -140 ,500 days ago and last week I received the RFE ,Today I talked to my lawyer ,he said they want company financial statements.
first question when they file I -140 behalf on my name ,they do suppose to send company financial statements ? When they file I -140 ,what document they suppose to send ? I am trying to understand did they send some missing document or not ?

Probably the immigration wants more information about the financial health of the company. Don’t worry about that — if it’s a good company, they will be able to prove that they can pay you.
