yes me now im going crazy searching for documents under my parents name but they both passed and i was 10 back then

@Araceli Rocha yes you have to show proof that you were physically in the U.S. before December 21, 2000.

@Elsa Carvajal really omg I'm in that boat at the moment on July 7 2025 we went to interview w my husband and the OFFICER told us there was an error on our medical so we are ok will call clinic or just do the medical again the following day July 8 I got an alert for my case an checked nothing just that they need evidence on July 9 another alert saw under my documents and saw the evidence there asking for and he had an 245 I INA through his ex wife and we need proof she was physically in the USA buy I don't know if it has to be from the mth of December or any before that because the ex wife did have a government ID and driver's license at that thim since she was 25 and that year 3mths before December they had a baby so idk if that's good enough or what else to take

@Araceli Rocha which FO did you do your interview? Was your husband PD this year?

@Elsa Carvajal did your parent go to church? if yes the pastor could write a letter stating that they were members there. Also daycare that kept their kids. Doctor/ Hospital visits. Did your mom do any form of schooling. Good luck in your search.

@Araceli Rocha if his name is on the child birth certificate that’s a good prove. Photos with dates also. Anything with dates before the cut off date “12/21/00” is good. School records, hospital records etc. Good luck
