Any EB1-C filers from Dec 2024, waiting for 485?

Anyone who filed EB1-C in Dec 2024 and still waiting for their 485, please share your experience or update? my update: COB - India EB1-C (ported from EB2) PD : 1/2020 RD: 12/2024 Highlights: - 484 filed concurrently with 140, 131 and 765. - biometrics submitted in Jan 2025 - 765 and 140 approved in Feb 2025 - RFE on 485 for birth certificate in Feb 2025. - Waiting for 485 since then. - Last api update on 6/16. - as per emma, case is with non local FO.

My interview was scheduled for July. I submitted my application in March 2025 (3 months ago) which is relatively quick. My only question is if you have any tips for the interview. Has anyone been to Atlanta been able to tell me how it went?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. I have submitted my I485 in October, 2024 based on EB2 NIW, ROW. My priority date is July 10, 2023. My advance parole and EAD were already approved. I need to visit my family but my lawyer recommended not to travel yet. Do you know when my I485 might be approved? I would really appreciate any insights you might have 🙏🙏🙏

does anyone know about how lomg their taking to get a response after interview ? my brother and i had our interviews the same day and he already got approved and i havent gotten a response back :/

back on January they received it on march, but I haven’t got any work permit extension, and my employer is requesting it what should I do?

my mom’s GC appl is still in “notice received” can she stay longer than 6 months on tourist visa?

is there another visa that my mom will need while her GC is in progress? or what happens if she leaves the country while her GC is in progress?
