EB2 Nebraska - Premium Processing Timeline I applied for Premium Processing after waiting 12 months. On the 44th business day, I received an RFE (Request for Evidence). In the RFE, USCIS mentioned they would respond within 20 days after receiving my response. However, my attorney told me that they often take longer than that. I’m looking to hear from others who had a similar experience — how long did it take for you to get a decision after responding to the RFE? @mak dely

@m nm for eb2, premium processing time is 45 business days, and once you submit your rfe then your clock start again from day one.
