Finally!!!!!
Hi Guys
Finally got my approvals. It was a tough journey yet learned a lot from the experience I got. I wish each and everyone the best on their pending cases. Yes, is worth the wait and patience. My advice is, learn to take charge on your cases and don't relax. Respond to requests from USCIS earlier to prevent further delays and make frequent checks on your cases to get first hand updates. It is a tough journey but also you need that waiting and patience spirit. God help you all.

Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS got update for the second time
Hello folks,
"Is it normal for the status of an I-140 application to be updated to 'Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS' a second time on June 8th, 2025? I previously received the same update on April 21, 2025, and my application is under premium processing. after submitting it on April 19th 2025
traveling within the US
Hi I am under F1 right now and doing the process of EB3, I am planning to travel to Texas this summer with a real id, has anyone have any troubles with traveling within the US recently? I am a little bit nervous with the travel ban and stuff ( I am not from the 12 countries of travel ban) thank you!
gc interview for 2nd year anniversary
Hey everyone! My green card interview got scheduled for July 10, which is also our 2nd wedding anniversary. Some friends are saying I might get a 10-year green card instead of the 2-year conditional one since the marriage hits the 2-year mark that day. Others suggested rescheduling just to be safe.
I looked into it, and here’s what I found:
➡️ If your marriage is 2 years or more on the day of your interview or green card approval, you get a 10-year green card.
➡️ Since my interview is exactly on the 2-year mark, I should qualify for the 10-year card—as long as the officer approves it on the same day.
➡️ No need to reschedule unless the interview date was before the anniversary.
I’m planning to bring a copy of our marriage certificate and just kindly mention it’s our anniversary, so there’s no confusion.
If anyone else has been through something similar, I’d love to hear how it went!
Finally greened!
After 6 long months of waiting… it’s finally here!

Waiting times
How can you guys stay hopeful? I am losing it. I left the US in 2021 because the VB was current and the whole process was taking 12-18 months. I'm 4 years in already with probably 2 more to go, PD jan 2023, now I'm stuck home.
Did anyone get an H2B after the I 140? I just want to work for a while until I'm current, I miss the US, I miss my friends.

Hello everyone,
I'm looking to see if anyone has recently received an approval for their NVC case.
It seems like the processing times for this type of form are longer than usual. I have been waiting for a decision for 10 months now and am starting to lose hope. I've seen some AI-based predictions that suggest a decision might be coming soon, but who can say for sure?
My case is an EB-2 NIW with a priority date of February 21, 2023. My I-485 application was denied because I submitted before I-140 was approved.
. I am now in my home country awaiting consular processing.
I hope my earlier mistake doesn't cause any more delays.
Thanks for any information you can share.
