Your i-360 Service Center is listed as "Service Center Operations" because U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has updated its processing system to reflect the centralized and flexible processing of cases by the Service Center Operations (SCOPS) Directorate across multiple locations to meet demand. This means your case may be processed at any of the available service centers, not a single specific one, to ensure efficient and timely handling of immigration benefits.

SCOPS stands for the Service Center Operations Directorate within U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a government agency responsible for adjudicating immigration benefits. SCOPS manages five service centers across the U.S. (California, Nebraska, Texas, Vermont, and Potomac) that process applications and petitions for immigration benefits that don't require in-person interviews.
