CRP to Approved! EB2 ROW (Taiwan)

I want to share this joy and blessing with y’all! My journey began in February 2022, and 39 months later, my EB2 is FINALLY approved today. I got RFEs in almost every steps, H1B, PERM, 140 and now all the frustration finally pays off. Please never lose hope and always stay positive! You are on the right track to fulfill your dream! Please, guys, I am confused and I need help on what to do. My wife cheated on me and had a baby with the man she cheated with, and we are still living together. My green card interview is coming up next month. Will this situation affect my green card decision? Please, I need your advice.

hello I have received l765 EAD 5 year but I didn’t get travel documents no combo card …any one have same issue..anyone have any idea

over 300 days I485 still pending

filed NIW with priority date Nov 2020， then EB1b May 2024 which got approved May 2024, filed I485 June 2024, biometric Sept 4 2024, then no change at all for the last 8 months. will lose the job July 31, realized I did not file I765 to apply EAD, so I submitted EAD last Friday, waiting for the receipt. it took 3 months for me to get I485 receipt last year ... don't know how long it will take for my EAD application. freak out and devastated, congressman, senator neither are helpful. talked with Emma 10-20 times, not helpful... I just don't know why it took so long for my case.

I-94 travel history

Hi everyone, I traveled to India in April 2023 and returned to the U.S. in May 2023 using Advance Parole. However, when I try to retrieve my I-94 online, it says ‘No records found.’ Has anyone else faced a similar issue or know what steps I should take to resolve this? Any help would be appreciated!

Tired of waiting

Anyone here of receipt block MSC2490278 with dec 2022 PD ? I’ve seen a lot of approvals for nebraska service center or LIN but nothing for national benefits center(MSC) unfortunately. I’ve been on CRP since may 2024. I recently did inquiry through congressman all they told that I have to wait uscis process cases in order they receive them(which is not true at all). anyone in the same boat ?

My priority date is June 2023, and my RD is October 10, 2024. After speaking with a live agent, I found out that my application was transferred to Los Angeles, California and was reviewed on 17th of April, even though my location is Chicago. Why was it transferred to Los Angeles?

it’s been almost 18 mths and still no Prima Facie. should I be worried? I am worried actually. also is this happening to anyone else? I’m trying to be patient but I just feel like I should have gotten my Prima Facie Determination Letter already🥺

how much time does it take for green card

hello everyone, my I-765 was approved, I’m waiting for my green cad. mean while the process says that filling date has been changed .. can any one please help me? what’s that mean? I filed on Jan 17, I gave biometrics on Feb 28 and then I got 1-765 approved on April 14 . I’m worried about green card waiting line ? #

I got a a citizenship while in the army and today I receive a mail from uscis stating that I have to file form I 751.. do I really have to do this even know I don’t have green card anymore

WPB FO, had API update 4/18 & Emma confirmed my case is inline for interview, & still in NBC. Processing time was 3 months, then 7 & now 4months. How long to wait for FO to send interview schedule?
