Delay for derivative applicant
Has anyone experienced their spouse and children being approved for a green card while they themselves haven’t been? My case has also been sent back to the TSC — it’s the second transfer since Feb.

My husband (petitioner) and my stepdaughter already received their green card but I didn’t. I sent my RFE almost 59 days ago and there’s no decision so far.

It goes to TSC for holding when they run out of VIsa. They will resume in October
