you should have requested more time from the judge because of your I-360 to be approved when it’s approved then you tell the judge to terminate the remoaval proceeding because you have an approved i-360 but now maybe you need to appeal the decision or wait for your i360 to be approved and the. tell the judge to reopen and terminate the proceeding

I had told the judge to end the process before the meeting with him because I have my SJS in progress but he had refused this
