you should have requested more time from the judge because of your I-360 to be approved when it’s approved then you tell the judge to terminate the remoaval proceeding because you have an approved i-360 but now maybe you need to appeal the decision or wait for your i360 to be approved and the. tell the judge to reopen and terminate the proceeding

I had told the judge to end the process before the meeting with him because I have my SJS in progress but he had refused this

@Abdoulaye Diallo so sad news!! if judge order you’re in removal proceedings and get you deportation order then uscis 99% sure they are not approved your i-360!! so,the best thing is appeal the removal order decision and wait for the i-360 decision!! uscis and eoir is 2 different way.. if you’re win the family court case then uscis maybe consider your i-360 to get approved based on your background check clear or not!!
