Took my i-751 and N400 interview today
Hi Guys! please who is on the same boat with me? I did my combo interview today and me and my husband were separated , he was called in first while I wait at the waiting area. and after they asked him couple of questions, the officer walked with him out and then called me in and we went straight to civic questions which I passed all questions. and after series of YES or NO questions I was given a white paper to sign , and the officer said he can’t take any decisions on my case right now. that he will let me know if they will need additional evidence. my marriage is real and we went with our kids. pls any exiperience? #citizenship #i-751
my asylum case Decision was pending for last three years. Afterwards case status changed in to fees waived and new card has been produced. A week later received EAD card with A05 in approved category
2.5 months later status changed in decision was mailed and it was referred to court why? any one have any advice please.

Hi, I entered on a K-1 visa at the end of September and applied for Form I-485 in December. I completed biometrics and submitted my RFE in February. My husband is in the military, Can anyone tell me how much longer I may have to wait before receiving another update on my case?

I-130 CSPA Age out question
Hello, my aunt filed for my mom and also us siblings. Had a few questions:
1- Receipt number for WAC# was May 2015. So Is May 2015 my Priority Date?
2- On July 2024, got an update case migrated to Elis, case received receipt not sent. Is that unusual or not. It doesn’t say actively reviewing or approved yet.
3- My DOB is Jan 1997. (18y 4m old when case was filed) I believe my age was frozen as I got filed but I am guessing I will only have 2 years and 8 months until my case gets approved till securing VISA as that’s when clock restarts? let me know if I am wrong.
Is it in my best interest for my case to stay pending until my PD is as close as possible to not age out? thank you.

How long does it takes for NVC to review document and give an interview appointment.My priority date is June 16th 2016 . The was approved 8.5years ago and the who did the application abandoned it ,so i helped my mom and NVC reopened it in April.Thank you for any responses.
