Two months after the interview

How long is the wait 🥲 who else in this situation i130 approved but i485 marks that we still had the interview!

Hello family, It has been 3 months since I submitted my application, and I have not yet received a receipt or any update. How much longer it typically takes to receive the receipt.

my lawyer filed my I-130 and told me that she needs the approval letter in order to file my I-765 and I-485. because uscis will send them back and keep my payment . wondering if i should cancel her and do it my self or use someone else.

I just had my interview done today , I filed since 2019,they said to come pick up decision in person in 2 weeks and come with all dependents on application, is this new?

ir2 visa approved and issued

Today was my stepsons interview and his ir2 visa was approved and issued all in the same day in Brazil. 🇧🇷 👏🏼 he will be picking up his passport in person, doesn’t anyone know how long it takes for them to send the ema about pickup?

hey! I’ve had my case approved for 2 months and 2 weeks. I have no criminal record. The day I received my gc I also booked my plane ticket to go see my family. I was a lil bit scared because of all the news goin on. I was really determined to see my family after 7 years. I went through JFK, NyC and had zero problems going through TSA. I kept myself calm and answered the security questions. I even asked the officer if there was a place where I could get coffee and he politely gave me directions. I took responsibility to travel, I made sure I brought documents to prove I live in the US, had no criminal record. DO NOT listen to the news, I’ve also had some people around me telling me not to go, but I went, enjoyd my family and friends and came back home.

Hi all, I have question regarding NOID for asylum. timeline. 3rd march, 2025:- filed asylum 15th July, 2025:- interview 31st July, 2025:- received NOID letter from USCIS 8th August, 2025:- replied to NOID now waiting for decision. can anyone tell me how long it gonna take for this decision and what will be probabilities?

WHY IS THE WAIT DO LONG!

The wait is soo long. December will make 2 years since I did my interview and USCIS still cannot make a decision. This is sad.

It’s been a long ride, but Alhamdulillah my case got approved finally.

Friends, before on my l485 they said file received and notice sent, today I received two emails, the stress! And in fact they say my file is "still being processed" Has anyone ever had one of these? The end is near? I've been waiting since August 2022

I just came back from home country I stayed there 1 and half months and I enter back with advanced parole they took me second inspection after waiting 30 min they gave me back my passport and say welcome back to USA. the airport Los Angeles international airport

a few maybe wonder where I’m at. well I’m still waiting. just decided to focus my energy elsewhere. I have gotten response from uscis field office and also senator’s office but no approval as yet. just letting the lord do his thing. all the best everyone.
