I have a question, even being dq’d, the petitioner’s documents at ceac(nvc) still say submitted but the beneficiary says accepted. Is that normal? or does it take some time to change? No documents requested.

I-693 Surgeon using my maiden name from my passport
Hello,
please share your experience. The surgeon saying that they will use and put my maiden name as per my passport in i-693, but I kept my ex husband’s name after divorce, so my local DL and EAD are under married name. Will it be a problem? they refuse to use my married name saying rhey always go by passport name which is my maiden name. So stressful.

Travel Questions
Good day everyone
please I have a question, and would love some answers or opinions on this.
I have recently gotten my approval advance parole document form I-512L (Authorization for parole of an alien into the United States)
I would like to know if it’s possible for me to go on a cruise with no problem? or what can be required to go on a cruise successfully? or if there are certain places I can’t go to still even with that or should I just not risk it at all by going?
thank you for your possible response.
Waiting for i-130 Approval
One year has passed and I still haven't received the approval for i-130. My case was submitted to the Texas Service Center. It seems that their staff has been reduced, and cases are taking longer to be approved. The time has doubled over time due to government leadership. From early March 2024 onwards, we can observe similar cases receiving approval. On May 12, 2024, my case was submitted. I hope I will hear good news soon. If you have a similar process time, please share your story.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL THE BEAUTIFUL MOTHERS 🛐🫂🥰
Happy Mothers Day to all the Mothers and thank you for the many unseen and unknown sacrifices that you have made for your family and children. The many times that you've gone without to see that your family had. The unseen times you knelt in prayer for provision when you lacked. You are a nurse during times of sickness. When the food was little your chef-like skills magically make a meal out of nothing.
Even though abused ( which ever way shape or form) that will never take the place of the phenomenal mom you are!🥰🫂🛐🙏🏾✝️
