3rd fta0 received a month ago still no changes
submitted eb2 niw i485 together with spouse. I am main applicant, wife is beneficiary. PD august 2023 submitted i485 June 18th biometrics- July 15th fist fta0 - July 15th second fta0 - July 15th third - September 3rd last updated - September 4th I am suspecting my wife’s i485 is causing delay. I’m not able to check her timelines because her receipt number is MSCxxxx, mine is IOExxxx. does anyone know how long this takes? or what is next?

EAD submitted July 16th: approved September 29th. still waiting for spouse approval.

I have a similar time update in the API with a PD in Sep and no update yet. I believe that many August and Spetmeber PDs will get final decision before the end of this month.
