WHAT IS NEXT TO EXPECT
Hello family,
please i am stuck at “eligibility was mailed” and i got the pf for the 5th time. RFE was asked on i-360 in nov 2022 based on good moral conduct and was submitted in dec 2022. please what next should i be expecting. Las PF received in may 2025 and will expire in nov 2025. please anyone on this page? and what should we be expecting next. thanks.

estimated time until decision on my USCIS account keeps changing.
hey guys, it’s been 18 months and I’m still waiting on a response from USCIS. My case was at Potomac, then it was transfered to Vermont and now it’s in our state. it’s at the Baltimore office.
I see that for this last week, the estimated time until decision on my USCIS account keeps changing. I had 2 months left till decision ( which would have been next month, octobre) it went from 2 months, to 5 months, to 8 months, to 7 months and now it’s back at 8 months. all this in less than a week. what does that mean? did anyone experience that?

my online account automatically changed to my daughter information after i submitted her n600
good day am wondering if this ever happened to anyone, are is it going to become a issue, I just recently got naturalized and become a u.s citizen, I went on my uscis online account and file on n600 application for my daughter so she can receive her certificate of naturalization, right after I submitted the application, my online account profile changed to my daughter information.. everything about my online account now reflects my daughter, but I can still see my old cases, will that case a issue?

I need some advices from your experiences. I filed i-140 EB2-NIW in Feb and my case inquiry date has arrived. Should I go ahead and submit the inquiry form now? How long does it typically take to receive a response or results? Could submitting an inquiry increase the chances of an RFE or denial?
