Hi everyone,
Has anyone ever gotten this message on their i360 months after vawa and i485 has been approved. The same I360 receipt number. I didn’t send anything to them since approval. I mean, have had my Greencard in hand since Dec 2024. Perhaps it’s a glitch? 🤔

RFE - tips
Hi everyone! I recently received an RFE and had a meeting with my lawyers, but honestly, I’m feeling really insecure about the new strategy to demonstrate my value to the country. I have over 20 years of experience and hold two bachelor’s degrees, but USCIS is asking for more evidence. Has anyone else gone through something similar? Any tips on how to make my case more compelling?

Combo renew i131 case closed yesterday
Hi all,
hope everyone doing well. I submitted my Combo renew (i765/131) concurrently on Feb 2025, it shows i131 case closed on my account , nothing updated it. Anyone has similar status? Since Monday is Memorial day, would i expect any updates soon?

Address Change
So I was having a chat with Emma and she said my case has been returned to uscis for additional review, I asked why and this is what she said "USCIS mailed a document to you at the address we had on file at that time, but the post office returned it to us." I made a change of address since January!! online on uscis, was I supposed to go into USPS and make that change as well to receive mail from uscis? She also said I could've made the change while it was our for delivery, anyone had this issue? And what do I do in order for them to resend it? I changed my address it since JANUARY!!! help!

I have no idea to what’s holding my approval for I-485
It’s been over 3 years since concurrent filing for I-130 & I-485, finally our I-130 got approved Jan 2025 and nothing has been updated yet since! I have made several inquiries, reached out to congressman, called USCIS and all they said is that they are actively reviewing my case. I am very frustrated and depressed by such a long wait! Terminate proceedings
Hi family, i received prima facie in Sep. My lawyer sent motion to terminate Removal proceedings in Feb, my lawyer said he is still waiting for a response from DHS. I want to know If we can still terminate Removal proceedings based on Prima Facie. My case is in Concord immigration Court. My individual hearing is in April 2026. #vawa #asylum

I am seeing blocks within mine been approved but there's a delay with mine (EB1). Block is MSC2590069. Customer care states the case is still with NBC and has not been transfered. No interview has been scheduled. My PD has always been current.
Any recommendation of what I can do? Please advice.
