My memory is so bad and I had anxiety attacks thinking about an interview. Thank you everyone for the well wishes. I did contact my senator and his secretary put in an inquiry for me and not too long after my VAWA was approved. Before that, my lawyer also sent my ex's proof of citizenship as unsolicited evidence.

@Stronger Now Engagement announcement pics, wedding pics with church family, pics with his mom and grandma, rent payments, bank account, positive pregnancy test, 3 friends affidavits, texts from counselling sessions with Bishop, and on and on. my personal declaration was about 20pgs with separate 10pg doc with screenshots of texts and pictures when he punched a while in wall, refused to give me food when I was pregnant etc. Thankfully all that is over. I'm moving on stronger.

I have pictures of cuts and bruises all over my body, threats in text messages, physiological evaluation, life insurance, I was on her phone plan, holiday family photos, engagement pictures and wedding photos but I’m still scared that this might not be enough. @Mike Sergile if your I485 filling is based on an I130 petition which hasn't been approved, then you could lose your work permit but if it's based off of your VAWA filling then it won't affect it. I think 🤔

@ayel yael I do have a child with my Ex. when I contacted the senator the secretary reached out and send an intake form. on it I ask for help putting in an inquiry about my VAWA case because I hadn't heard any news after 3 yrs. The form asked for receipt number and a signature.

@Waiting Cat I just submitted an Inquiry through him to expedite my work permit cause Im about to loose my job mine expired,should I submitt another one throught him for my actual i360? what documents did you submitt? and was it an inquiry or a actual expedite request?

@ayel yael mine was just an inquiry about my VAWA case before it was approved. There were some intake forms that needed a wet signature and that was it. I'm sure your old card qualifies for the automatic extension or? You can definitely ask your senator to check on your VAWA case as well. I'll be praying for you that everything work out soon.

@DIOS WITH US ALWAYS 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 My old medicals expired so I was issued an RFE after VAWA approval to summit new medicals. then I received an letter for new biometrics and finally GC was approved. when you're sent an RFE it gives you the address to send documents or to go for biometrics. Your receipt number doesn't change

@Waiting Cat my receipt change the number with my second biometric and the old receipt number it’s frozen,so now I check everything on my new receipt they give me with my second biometrics appointment
