After the prayers, the tears and believing for this our time has finally come. It can only be God.

update my case has been reopened!
So I received a notification from lawfully stating that my case has moved from received to decision and when I look it says they finished reviewing my motion to reopen and mail me a decision but I can’t see it it was granted or deny. does anybody know what that means?

I filed an I-130 petition for my wife in January 2023, and I’m still waiting for a decision. I’m starting to get really anxious about the long wait.
How long does it usually take to get approved? What happens after the I-130 is approved?
If anyone has gone through a similar experience, I would really appreciate any advice or tips that could help me during this waiting period.

terminated removal order
My I-730 was approved last year, and I hired a lawyer to help me terminate my remval order. However, the BIA reopen motion and a joint reopen motion with ICE both were denied. I feel so helpless now. Under the Trump administration, immigration policies are becoming stringent. What should I do? I'm now eligible to apply for a green card, but I can't because of my removal order. Is anyone in the same situation as me? Any suggestions?
I130 questions! almost 17 month
hi guys! we filed our I130 since March 2024. it’s about to be 17 months. all we got was the receipt number. nothing since. should we be concern??? please help if you have any advice. what worked for you?
Also online it says it takes 17 months but when we log into our USCIS account it says we still have 3 months to way until decision is made. So which timeframe should we relay on?

Retrasos Embajada Americana en RD 🇩🇴
Es increíble el retraso de esta embajada para 🤦 citar una cita consular tengo 8 meses esperando una cita que cada vez se mas y mas atrasada 🥺 esto es agotador creo solo Ciudad Juárez esta peor que 🇩🇴 he intentando 3 expedited con pruebas suficientes y de sobra y ni así mueven mi cita.
Casos de 🇩🇴 con que conocidos o amigos desde que mes esperando cita soy IR1 esperando desde diciembre 2024.
Aun no entiendo que inmediato somos antes eran 3 a 6 meses y ahora nos han obligado a 13 o 14 meses y ya con 8 meses DQ aun veo me falta bastante, Dios mio solo el que la vive conoce el dolor de estar separado de tu familia por un mal manejo de una embajada, la única esperanza para 🇩🇴 es se muevan como el año pasado cuando septiembre 2024 a ver y orar que nos lleguen muchas citas porque uno pierde el amor y la ganas en una espera sin justificación 🤦🥺
