F2A, December 2022 No News
Hello everyone, I would like to know if there are any other cases similar to mine. I submitted my request almost 3 years ago. 3 years with zero updates, is this normal? I understand that processes are taking longer now than in previous years, but it’s insane that we’ve gone 3 years with no updates or news on how things are going or at least an estimated time. Its frustrating that my marriage life has been paused for such a long time and that our case could possibly be finalized until end of 2027 due to the backlogs.
I would appreciate it if anyone with a similar case can let me know if they’ve received any news.

call immigration and tell them you are outside normal processing time and ask them to do an inquiry on your case that works

mine is December 3 2022 and still waiting, they are processing September 2002

You should read about what the visa bulletin is. Your PD just became current 2 months ago

i didn't realize that you are an f2a applicant am sorry you are not outside normal processing time you have about 3 to 4 months to go before the approval. they currently working on September 22

@shenni law Hi Shenni, I’ve read about the visa bulletin, I am aware my date became current two months ago, all I’m saying is that I’ve seen other cases get RFAs, approvals, etc, and last time I got anything which was “case is being reviewed” was back in 2022.

same thing my pd is Jan 2021 was in reviewed until 2024 change to still in process
