they are not working properly you gotta keep calling. they sent my mail to different addresses. I called and had them send me again they did not. I waited 13 months and I’m requesting them again. they are not even updating anything on my case. my case is stuck. I sent extra evidence and post office shows they received but they are not even responding to the dhs private email that’s created seperate for vawa. my lawyers sent it. so once again these people are not working and messing up.

they received mine the third day my lawyer sent it.mine is Feb 3 2022 and they sent rfe in July ending.im still waiting for the approval

mine took them 2 weeks to acknowledge it was received by USCIS.

I got my RFE update 06/26 online on Thursday than my mail on Tuesday 07/01

I have an attorney. even they don’t know what’s happening at the uscis. I keep calling and speaking to tier 2 officers. I won’t stop unless they don’t expedite my case. what’s the harm in trying tho.

Guys, when there's an instruction that comes with your cases/notices, please follow it to the letter. As soon as you were sure the USPS guys had delivered mails on the 13th and you didn't get the notice, you should have called right away or submitted the request online as the case maybe. These people are humans like us, there's nothing to fear. @Ayoosh disturb them with calls till they know your name and answer you. You had no business waiting for 13 months. I work with the govt (City) and I have to tell you all that it's the people who make the most noise their cases are attended to the quickest. so they can stop calling and we can face other cases because truth be told, calls take time and no worker wants to use the time to resolve several cases to be answering call one just one case all the time because each of these calls get noted against the cases. So, they'll definitely know this person is agitated and they'll want to know why, that'show your case will get the attention it deserves..
