Our I-130 Approval – Thank You for Your Support! 🙏🏿🇦🇴 Hi Family, We’re overjoyed to share that our I-130 petition (filed 12/15/2023, Texas Service Center, for my wife abroad) was approved on 10/17/2025! 🙌🏾 After filing a mandamus with Hacking Law Firm in September, we got an email yesterday saying USCIS took action on our account. The case status still showed “Case is Being Actively Reviewed,” so we couldn’t sleep! At 3 AM, while my wife slept, I checked the Documents tab on my.uscis.gov—and there it was, the approval notice! 🎉 This 22-month journey wasn’t easy, but your love, prayers, and moral support kept us strong. To everyone still waiting, don’t lose hope—check your Documents tab if you get an “action taken” email! We’re grateful for this group and wish we could all meet in person soon to celebrate. May the Creator grant you peace and speedy approvals. Thank you, and we’re praying for you all! Blessings, L&D G (PD: 12/15/2023, I-130 for spouse abroad, Approved 10/17/2025)#finally #togodbetheglory #thankyoulord

I-751 I ask Emma
Anybody who has recommendation what I should do I talked with Emma and the agent say I’ve been waiting for 9 months This case is taking longer than expected. You can get an idea of how long it will take to process your case from the information in the Case Status Processing Times tool at egov.uscis.gov/processing-times. Enter the form, form category, and field office or service center from the drop-down menus. You will be given the processing time. You can enter your receipt date and select the "Get Inquiry Date" box. If the message says "You can send us questions about your case by submitting an online Request for Service," you can submit an electronic request under "Case Outside of Normal Processing Time" at egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do.
