itâs over 4 months
its been over 4 months and nothing has happened, both even EAD âŠ. I chatted EMMA the last time and she said my case is been subject for interview but I have not get any notice yet , Iâm wondering why my EAD is taking this very long time while I see people submit end of February and march getting approvedâŠ. today I called USCIS the lady was telling my my File is still at NBC and I have to wait without specific time

Are the numbers of the cases in order by application?
I am wondering if the numbers of the applications are in order when we applied for the certain case?
I was checking my Vawa case(filed 18. Jan 2022) and accidentally put different number and showed me you card was mailed to the post office. I felt excitement immediately, but after 2 min I realized it's not my case. Jesus Christ, I am so impatient. I hope I am next in line. Prayers
Greencard for my Son after Divorce
My ex-wife filed for my son ( step son) Greencard in Nov 2022. His greencard pending after interview in April 2024. My greencard approved last year but he didn't get result after multiple inquiries at feild office.
Now I get divorced with my wife in Jan 2025. what happened to my sons application? Is it still valid? should I withdraw application? my ex-wife didn't withdrawn his application.
Called USCIS on Friday
On Friday my husband and I called USCIS about the status of our case and we were able to get through to talk to someone. We submitted our I-485 and I-765 on November 1, 2024. Our biometrics appointment for both was on December 6, and the work permit was approved on the same day. On the same day our I-485 went into âCase is being actively reviewed by USCISâ status. I asked if that was normal or if they needed anything from us and she said it was normal and not to worry. Our case is still at NBC and it will be forwarded to the field office once itâs ready for an interview and decision. Has this happened to anyone else? What was your timeline?
