waiting for the notice。2nd day of interview
did anyone get approve right away？ cause the officer told me to wait for the notice she said uscis will review the case and i need to wait for the mail. but at that time the officer did not give me any thing. Did anyone have the same situation？ please let me know！i am very nervous.
Bonafide marriage evidences I-130
Hello everyone! A few days ago I sent my lawyer some PDFs with evidences so that she could check them out and tell me her opinion. I did not tell her to upload them to the USCIS website but she did anyways without telling me nothing. I found out today when I told her that I was gonna send her more evidences that I wanted to upload and she told me that “we should not upload new evidences every month, it should be done max once every 6 months”. Again, I didn’t ask her to upload the PDFs in the first place, and now she is advising me not to upload anything else in the next 6 months saying I should have done that before. What should I do? The evidences are affidavit of support that we didn’t upload in the beginning, so I believe they are pretty useful to me and my husband’s case. #i-130 #bonafidemarriageevidences

I want to thank this community, I now have my 10 year green card after being in this country for over 25 years without one, (I still can't believe it 😊 came here when i was 7). I am praying for everyone that is still waiting all your approvals to come soon. My wait time is over for now until the next chapter but will still give my inputs from now and then if I have anything positive to add. thanks for everyone's support in this community and my advice to anyone that has an interview coming up is over prepare yourself, dress to impress, smell good, be on time and leave the rest to God.

Hello, everyone! My interview just got scheduled. I have applied for I-485 on March 10th 2025 and my interview will be on May 27th 2025.
p.s. My I-130 already got approved in 2022( My husband was Resident only at the time)
Any tips on interview, highly appreciated!
Also i have 15 month old, did anyone is taking their child with them or is better not to? ( i might not have anyone to take care of him that day)
