after being in this country for 19 years without a green card, started my immigration journey 2019. it has finally come to an end, got my green card approval. my vawa was approved last year March of 2024. I am so very happy and greaful. I trusted god throughout the entire process and now we’re here.

How long after NVC accepts all forms and you get a scheduled interview for anyone from Dominican republic us embassy over there can you tell me what dates for interviews are they giving around now. 🙏🏼😩 Please I would like to know. im currently pregnant and would like to see if theres a chance my husband would make it here before i deliver our son. 🙏🏼😣

EB2 NIW RFE after PP approval/denial rate.
Hello wonderful community,
I'm looking for statistics on the approval and denial rates for EB2 NIW applications after an RFE is issued following a Premium Processing request. Given the current scrutiny on immigration policies , It was expected really so I'm not surprised.
I feel pretty good about my case, haven't received the RFE document yet but believe it's becoming a standard nowadays for applicants requesting PP just to buy more time.

Has anyone applying for an I-140, preferably EB2 NIW ROW, experienced a similar situation where they received an RFE after Premium Processing? What was the outcome?
