hi My PD is 09 February 2007-India, can anyone give me hint when I will receive my welcome letter from NVC? current filling action date is 01-December- 2006, NVC send welcome letter after cut off date or 2to 3 months before?

My i 360 was updated to "eligibility notice was mailed

submitted my application for 1360 on April 19 2022. A request for initial evidence was sent which I have responded to. I have received up to 3 prima facie. Today my status was updated to Eligiblity letter was mailed.. Has anyone received this recently?
