USCIS Recieved the response of RFE.
hello everyone, I file my i751 divorce waiver in February 2019. since May 2019 my case was ready to schedule an interview. later in Feb 2022 I filed n400. I got interview notice for n400 in December 2022. when I attended that interview office just told me I have still pending i751. he said he going to cancel my n400 interview right now. and going to send RFE for i751. now last month i send more evidences. status updated last week. we received RFE. what are the next possibility to change in status. I mean how many days are expected they can take to make decision on my case? have anyone idea?

alhamduliallh finally a bit of freedom. on the 9th I have my in person interview for my I-130 petition. My USC wife who petitioned me passed 3 months after filing my petition and received and interview notice 7 months after the filing date. it’s definitely not an ordinary situation but we’ll see how it goes and I’ll update for anyone who maybe going through a similar situation.

HAPPY UNGODLY ANNIVERSARY TO MY BABY'S I-130 IN NEBRASKA.
Exactly one year today May 4 2022 filled i130 IR2 for my 2 years old child in Nebraska still waiting and hopefully, all other petitions I filled concorrently in other centers have all been approved since 2 months ago, but Nebraska "taking longer than expected " since 8 months now. VERY TERRBLE ! the pain is heavy American citizen not to be with my little child for close to a year now because he was born abroad is the most wicked act a country will do to their citizens because of immigration bottleneck. SHAME !
EAD approved in 33 days. F1 to USC spouse. how long it takes for card to arrive after card is being procduced status.

I got my I130 denied, in the denial notice it said that I wasn’t legally present in the US when I filed my case. Which doesn’t make any sense because I submitted I94 with my application indicating that I was legally premitted with my F1 visa, which is still valid until now.
any advice?

Hello everyone,
I sent my application for an i-485 (family based)in April 2021 and after responding to the RFE on December 2021. The month after that they sent me a letter on stating that my medical documents were missing (lawyer told me not to bother putting it) and to bring it when an interview was scheduled.
Last year I had my biometrics were done but since then it's been radio silence. I believe that my case has been lost, what should I do?
My field office is located in Baltimore and it's being processed through the NBC for reference.
