still nothing after biometrics 😭
son petition me back in June 30, 2025
biometrics appointment January 20, 2026 and nothing since then. I am from Mexico but love in Texas. parents brought me to the United States when I was four years old on a tourist visa.

biometrics scheduling
My husband and I both received our receipt notices for both EAD and Green Card. last Friday, I received my biometric scheduling but up till now my husband has still not received his biometric notices. I am the principal applicant and my husband is my derivative. any reason to be worried? for context, he had his previous EAD during his opt which expired in December 2025. When he checks under his form I- 765, the EAD shows. we are worried USCIS is mistaken this as he already has his fingerprints in the system when as of the time of his EAD application (2024), biometrics was not a requirement. Any thoughts on this?
