Correspondence Was Received And
USCIS Is Reviewing
Quick question family…
I got denied last year September because they were sending my letters to my old address, I called them many times to let them know I was not receiving the mail. so I had to open a file of motion and I sent them with the rfe of the mail they were trying to send. I sent the paperwork back to uscis in Vermont last October and 16 days ago I saw on my app that they are reviewing it, has anyone ever encountered such a situation?

Green Card
How long do I have to wait more? 😩It’s been 10 months since I applied for GC and I’m so tired of waiting for long time. Also, my receipt number for Green Card starts with MSC. So, does that mean it’s being transferred to National Benefits Center?? The reason I’m asking this is because all of these times I thought my Green Card case is being transferred to Nebraska Service Center and I just realized that the receipt number LIN belongs to Nebraska Service Center, MSC belongs to National Benefits Center, SRC belongs to Texas Service Center, and so on after I googled that up. So, I want to make sure I got the right information

I-751 Approved after 554 days!! 🥳
It took a long time to process, but I’m happy to share that I’m a full, non-conditional Permanent Resident. 🥰 Thank you to this community for the guidance and the encouragement along the way.

Finally, my visa was approved after so much hardship
I started this immigration journey back in 2022.
Step by step, paper by paper, prayer by prayer… I went through it all.
In 2023, I received an RFE for my birth certificate.
My case was finally approved in March 2024.
But there was a mistake — my father didn’t include my address on the I-130, so I had to wait 3 more months for the I-824 to be approved.
Then came the NVC stage — I got documentarily qualified in August 2024.
But my home country, Haiti, was not functioning. I had to think smart.
So in March 2025, I transferred my case to the U.S. Embassy in The Bahamas.
In June, I finally had my interview. But I forgot one thing:
my father’s original marriage certificate.
They gave me a 221(g).
But God had the last word. 🙏
Only 8 days later, my visa was APPROVED.
Now… I’m ready to step into a new life in the United States.
It wasn’t easy — but I made it.
I am Haitian. I am resilient. And I’m going forward. 🇭🇹➡️🇺🇸
