I was detained at the border for about six months in 2024 and was granted asylum through the immigration court.
后来自己申请了工卡（EAD）和社会安全号（SSN），
Later, I applied for my EAD (work permit) and SSN on my own.
2025年用了大约半年的时间自己填写并递交了绿卡申请，一个月后收到了回执，
In 2025, I spent about six months preparing and filing my green card application by myself, and received the receipt notice about a month later. .I485

Shortly after that, I completed biometrics in January 2026.

im been waiting 43 days until USCIS respond my RFE with something or make decisions for my i751 under Waiver

Hi friends,
I have received RFE stated to submit completely signed i485 J supplement. my employment is same since I was applied for i140 separate (filling to approval) i485 filling to till date continue so my question is who can sign my J supplement form? My supervisor PI or University admin person. if some received and responded this RFE or submitted J supplement form please guide me me thanks a lot. I am a self petitioner EB2 NIW employment based. As per my knowledge self petitioners donot need to submit supplement form so I didn’t submitted with I485 in October 2025.

This is a serious immigration situation, so let me explain it very clearly and practically.
What this document is
This is a Notice to Appear (NTA) from DHS.
It means:
• The person is now in removal (deportation) proceedings
• They must go before an immigration judge
• DHS is claiming they are removable (in this case, likely for entry without proper documents)
Since I now have valid visa status, I received a Notice of Termination of Action (NTA) for my old case. The judge has asked me to appear in court, but I don’t want to attend. What is the process to explain my current situation to the judge, considering that I am holding a valid visa
SIJ (I-360)
Hi everyone, I need some advice.
My SIJ (I-360) was approved, and my asylum case is still pending at the asylum office (not in court) for almost 4 years. USCIS sent my approval notice to my old address from the asylum case, even though I have another address now. Both addresses are in California (different cities).
I receive all my mail and haven’t missed anything.
Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else?
Will this cause any problems later when I apply for I-485?

finally today evening me and my daughter received an email from uscis stating that our green card applications have been approved. this come after long wait of 14.5 months and 2 congressional enquiry. however no updates on my wife’s application. I received 3 rd fta 0 on 03.27 and multiple silent updates yesterday and today. 485 j is still not approved.
my advice to this community is have patience and after 8 months initiate enquiry. ioe series , San Jose center and no interview . please ask if you have any questions

Oath Ceremony was Scheduled
Hey friends, I completed my i751 and n400 combo interview on March 17th. At the end the officer gave me a paper saying I passed the test and was recommended for approval.
San Antonio FO. Timeline attached.
Oath Ceremony has been scheduled for n400 in May. Received 10 year greencard.
