RFE notice
Hi all, so i called USCIS to request the rfe notice to be emailed to me on Thursday. i got an email saying my request was put in on Friday. The agent had told me it should take about 24 hours but still nothing. not trying to be impatient but we all know, if you are one day behind on something, that can cost you another 6 months of waiting. Has anyone successfully received the notice via email and how long did it take? Thanks in advance for any replies.
221(g) — No Documents Requested, CEAC Showing “Refused” — Riyadh Embassy
CR-1 Visa — Interview completed at Riyadh Embassy.
The officer said everything is good and they don’t need anything more from me. But on CEAC, the status shows:
Refused — Administrative Processing
I was told there was a system delay.
No 221(g) document request checklist, no missing papers.
Has anyone from Riyadh Embassy experienced the same?
How long did it take for your status to move from Refused → Issued and for passport return?
Please share your timelines.

My application was received on January 21st for the VAWA, and on May 9th my work permit was approved. However, after 284 days, I'm still waiting for a response regarding my travel permit “ADVANCED PAROLE”. Has anyone else experienced such a long wait between the two? I see most applications being approved either simultaneously or within a few days of each other. Should I be worried?

After 14 months I am finally approved!

After checking in the morning to see the time on the USCIS website go from 2 to 3 months . Later that day my husband received an email to say “action was taken on your account” and there it was! our approval God is good ❤️
