Greened!!!
At long last!!! we were approved on the spot at the Downtown LA office. We were initially scheduled for June 13 but got rescheduled to the 25th of July because of the LA protests. Everything worked out for our good eventually because we got an amazing senior officer who approved us on the spot and said he wanted me to leave his office a permanent resident. He gave me a print out document that said: Case State: ready for card to be produced. He then told me congratulations.
Thank God!!

If anyone could offer assistance :)
We are a household of 3 in Michigan. My husband is not in the military. How much must he make to sponsor me? I know he makes enough but since we are asked to resubmit (RFE) I’d like to make sure.
Also, we submitted his entire return and they have requested transcripts instead.
Curious, was I suppose to include the income I made in 2024 in Canada prior to moving?
I believe we reported income for 3 years for my husband, however only provide the return for 2024. Do we need transcripts for 3 years as well?
Does his income need to qualify for the last 3 years? For example he’s making more now than he did 3 years ago, so do they care if he didn’t make enough 3 years ago but does as of 2024 and now?
Thank you!
hello everyone interested
I was reading some information related to people that its not approved yet. People from 2022 not approved yet.
My question is.. what we have of different that we are not approved yet?

Please comment here people who is not approved yet for 2022, 2023 ONLY. Please let me know a little bit about you as if you are abroad or in the us, citizen or permanent resident and years of marriage.

I-751 filed two weeks ago; no receipt number or letter yet
I filed my I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence about two weeks ago, but I still haven’t received any receipt notice (Form I-797C). I know there can be delays, but I’m starting to wonder if this is normal.
For those of you who’ve filed recently, how long did it take to get your receipt notice in the mail? Should I wait a bit longer or start getting concerned?
Thanks in advance for any insight!
I had my asylum interview 4 months ago. They said I’d get a decision by mail in 2 weeks, but I haven’t received anything yet. What should I do now?
I attended my asylum interview three years after filing my application. During the interview, the officer told me that I would receive a decision within two weeks. Later, they mentioned that the decision would be mailed to me. However, it has now been four months, and I still haven’t received any response.
What should I do in this situation?
