N400 Eligibility - Am I eligible?
Hey guys - I have been in the USA since 2015. 2015-2018 as F1. 2018-2022 as H1 and 2022 onwards LPR (CR1) via marriage.
Residency requirements say I need to be in the USA for 5 years. I have been in the USA for 5 years but under different visa status. Wondering if need to apply for 751 or can directly apply for n400? Any one been thru this? Any insights? #n400 #n400eligibility

hey everyone does anyone know that once the card is produced how long it takes, and I can’t see my tracking number of USPS.
Please let me know how to get tracking number, because I can’t rely on our mail box things gets stolen so easily.

not sure how much longer until I will see my parents
I am not sure how much time it will take to complete the process. it was showing 1 week and then after a week it is showing as “it’s taking longer than expected”. So sad

Anybody has an experience that receiced a Mail without updates on status in USCIS account?
Pending for i485 since submitted the first RFE on March 7th. No updates since then and noticed that a Mail from USCIS will be delivered today.
I know I will get to know what it is soon, but sharing my experience here and asking if anybody have an experience like this.

Extra Barrier to talking to Agent
so every Monday I call uscis and talk to an agent to know where my case is at. it's a pretty simple process. I call their number wait for the computer to spurt out all the nonsense then I say 'infopass'.
that sends you directly to an agent. Today I said those magic words and it led to no where. the computer asked me why I wanted to submit an infopass request.
it didn't matter what I told her she refused to let me to talk to a live agent.
has anyone found a way around this?
