Anybody has an experience that receiced a Mail without updates on status in USCIS account?
Pending for i485 since submitted the first RFE on March 7th. No updates since then and noticed that a Mail from USCIS will be delivered today.
I know I will get to know what it is soon, but sharing my experience here and asking if anybody have an experience like this.

If you did not submit a medical with your documents, it could be a medical courtesy notice. Basically to state you did not submit a medical with your application

@um ch @Alina li @Neesh Girl It was i-797 which is approval notice for i765 and advance parole. Not the one I was expecting, but still good sign that things are going on. There was 0 updates on those two application and still no status update on the account, but receiced it via mail. Hope i485 is going smoothly. thanks all your interest all.

That’s great news!! I’m happy for you. When I got my approval for I-130 and I-485 they did not update on my account until some days later. I hope you get approved soon
