Extra Barrier to talking to Agent
so every Monday I call uscis and talk to an agent to know where my case is at. it's a pretty simple process. I call their number wait for the computer to spurt out all the nonsense then I say 'infopass'.
that sends you directly to an agent. Today I said those magic words and it led to no where. the computer asked me why I wanted to submit an infopass request.
it didn't matter what I told her she refused to let me to talk to a live agent.
has anyone found a way around this?

I did that and I got hangup twice. I use my landline phone and went through.

use chat instead. Google Uscis and look for Emma. type live agent. you should be fine
