is our case even real?
our case number for USC IOE has so many zeros and looks unlike any others I've seen. it's been in Vermont for nearly 14 months already. Now so many more recent I130s have been getting approved and it feels like nothing will ever move forward, not to mention NVC and all those stages. my wife and I have had to start planning our lives separated for the foreseeable future and its agonizing. #Vermont #India

how long I-485 get approved after sending medical exam.
Hi folks.
I would like to share my timeline and ask your experience about my case.
I got approved for I-130 and medical RFE for I-485 the same day (June 22, 2023).
I have submitted my medical exam and status changed to response is received on June 29, 2023.
I found that case is being actively reviewed by USCIS on July 1, 2023.
I am curious, how long to get I-485 approved. Please share your experience with me. Thank you and happy fourth. Hope some news for all you guys.
Question about field office dealing with my case
We filed both I-130 and I-485 at April 2023 (Case number starts with IOE). I received RFE asking for medical on May from NBC and the case status changed to “RFE response received” around 20 days ago after I submitted my response. I chatted with Emma today to ask where is my case right now and she said it is in Seattle office. I was so happy because I thought that means NBC has cleared the case and sent it to Seattle field office for either scheduling an interview or something like that. I asked Emma to confirm if my case was actually transferred to Seattle field office from NBC but she didn’t say anything but just “the NBC and the field office work together to process the case.” and ended the chat
Wondering if anyone can explain what that means? Does it actually mean that our case was transferred back to field office and I’m expecting to get an interview or an approval?
PERM Priority Date
My immigration options are given below:
October 2022: My employer filed PERM, but not yet approved.
January 2023: NIW I-140 approved.
May 2023: EB1A I-140 approved.
I have the following queries:
1) I want to clarify if having an approved PERM means I have obtained the priority date. Is it necessary to file an I-140 after receiving PERM approval through the employer to secure the PERM priority date?
2) If my PERM is not approved, but I file I-485 when EB1A becomes current, what happens if my PERM gets approved after 1 or 2 months of I-485 filing? Can I update the PERM priority date on my submitted I-485 application with the approved PERM? Will this shorten my waiting time for the I-485?

Receipt Notice of I-824
I had submitted I-824 for my mother and brother at the same time after the approval of I-130. Now I have received their receipt notice but can't tell which notice is for who. Both notices have a generic information that it has been received. There isn't any name or such information which can be used as an identification. But either way I guess it is good.
Is there anyone, who has experience with I-824? including next steps?
