Nine long months and still waiting! 270 days! Not being certain of any response from Uscis, l! This increases the stress and without being able to ask someone about my case! Since 11/11/2022 when they filled out our applications! I have submitted my rfe for birth certificate
hi all,
I have submitted my application for I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131 in the month of June on 21st.
I got an rfe requesting for birth certificate.. which my attorney forgot to include in the Package.. Uscis received my BC on July 28th .. I am waiting on my I-765 to approve.. can you guys let me know how long will it take to approve? I am on h1b and my h1b expires on sept 2023.

couple things about me
- I submitted I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131 all together with medical exam
- My previous status has always been an F-1. (Student F-1, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT)
- I-765 approval was a combo card

can someone explain me the final action date?
I understand that in July, for example, the USCIS set the final action date for August to be April 1st 2022.
however, in July, they are processing I-130 and I-140, and some people might be rejected, including people who have priority date April. therefore, in August, there might be sufficient visa to approve also May applications. is that right ? what part of the process I am wrong about ?

Hi everyone,
Happy to say we’re officially green! This morning got an update from Lawfully and checked on USCIS, my I-130 and I-485 were approved! For anyone who was following or with questions, PD 5/23/23, I-765/I-131/I-485/I-130 all filed concurrently, in-country, and we also sent in our medicals at the same time of submission. We got an RFE that our app form was the wrong edition, but that was an error on their part, we just resubmitted the same form and referred to the USCIS website. Biometrics for both I-765/I-485 was on 7/20/23 and then we received that same day “case being actively reviewed” status for I-765/I-485. Was definitely sad to never have gotten an approval in documents as we kept checking almost every day, but yesterday got an update that I-130 was now being “actively reviewed.” And today approval for both I-130 and I-485! NBC was our office for everything, we never had our field office changed. This community has been amazing and so supportive and a great source of info! All the anxiety and stress, it feels good to reach the finish line, praying for all of you to cross it soon as well 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏#approval
