@mush nar you are right. Adjudication can only be made under final action date. The different charts they are referring to is for those that have not yet filed.

@T. G. There is no place in the link you shared that shows adjudication can be made under “date for filing” chart. What you probably saw is the explanation regarding whether to file based on final action date or chart b (date for filing chart). It doesn’t say that adjudication can be made for those that have already filed.

@Miracle E I never said adjudication. go and read my posts again. I was referring to people who can submit 485 per the new visa bulletin. and in October, they will be using the date of filling chart meaning people with priority date before Jan 2023 can submit 485. I was replying @Sa O and not the OP.
