hey my vawa family, my ead will expire by March 2024, when can I apply for renewal? knowing this guys takes eternity to approve cases. vawa filed Feb 2021

Can we really expect a result from USCIS after 6 months?

USCIS is stressing me and has humbled me😩 and these USCIS Agents has started giving attitude whenever I ask about my case. They reply with the automated messages and end the chat immediately. They have started giving different replies🤦🏾‍♀️

Had no issues at all. Travelled for 5 days. Landed in DFW. Was asked how was my trip, taken to the secondary clearance and waited my turn and got my passpoand document back and officer said “welcome back”. Secondary clearance took about 20 mins, there were about 6 people before me. Came in on B1/b2 and out of status for about a year before filing.

NVC duplicate payment refund

anybody who happen to have duplicate payment for NVC was able to get refunded? what is the process

please I’m interested to know how long it took you guys to be approved for the 129f spousal k3 visa? also, if you was denied, what’s the reasoning? what is the likeliness of an approval? I filed and it was received 2 months ago. it still shows case received June 6th.
