we received this. after submitting the evidence (took us another 3 weeks to get together) it was then reviewed and approved 8 days. not sure if PP officially continues/works after an RFE but seemed that way for us. the tough part can be getting the right evidence in place (at least for my business it was, we had to get official documents reprinted etc)

@Nora T It can be either the company’s petition and/or medicals. That was in my case.

it's likely an RFE about your role and it's common. They want to ensure that you are truly a manager/director of the company in the true sense and not just a title or people manager. they want evidence that you make company decisions. eg: your signing authority, hiring authority, setting company goals etc. didn't use PP and it was approved in about 3 weeks after receipt of RFE.

its definitely not medicals, this i140 rfe, lawyers yet to share details with me. my case is with nebraska. i know the PP clock resets back to 45 days once uscis receives RFE

I’m in similar situation, I got RFE on 11th day with PP(EB1C). Asked about more details on my role with foreign and US company and proof of U.S. company being in business for last 1 year. Gathering all details, should be able to submit back with all evidence by next week. Good luck to you as well.
