case Remains pending
Dear All, I filed for EB2 NIW Green Card . I got my I765 and I131 approved in May. My I485 application status say “Case remains pending”. I guess because of retrogression that happened in EB2 category but according to vis bulletin this month ( September ) became current as well as people who had priority date from April to July 1st 2022 .
Has anyone in this group received approval for their I485, with a priority date in May?
Note : my priority date May 27th/2022

My case’s status changed to CRP too even though my PD has always been current. i guess they ran out of visa for this fiscal year so hoping to hear good news in October.

Our PD was June 8, got approved Sept 4 after 2 CRP (May & July)

Well, Emma agents are not always reliable. They can say that your case is still at NBC when they looked up your case online (prefix MSC). my case was transferred to a non-local FO since January but nothing since then so it doesn’t matter where our case currently is. we just have to continue the waiting game.

let me tell you this pd date don’t mean nothing. I am a nurse eb3. pd august 2022. got Ed and advance parole Feb 2023.
there was a guy from my same sponsorship agency who I help with questions and even waited for labor certification from July till December to start the process and he finally applied january 2023. he got green card on April 28th 2023.
I will never forget this. he is from Hong Kong or China.
