case update
Any suggestions on taking next steps? I’m losing my patience here. I have done all the possible approaches to get an update but had no luck.
Tried via congress man.
Tried via FIOA
Tried via USCIS Customer support
Tried via USCIS field office appointment.
Tried via writing a letter 3 times.
same response - we are actively reviewing your case.
I was like - I already know that tell me something else you need on the case to move forward.
My last option is to Sue USCIS as per the consultation with few lawyers.

You can sue USCIS on your own, especially if you cannot afford attorney, and much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"
