long story short, I gave my interview on april 2021, my i130 was approved on the spot but my i485 was administratively closed coz of having order of removal. i was told to wait for my spouse UC to open the case again. But I found out a month ago my case is open right now. also filed for e request but have not heard back from it. can someone help

Hi! Do you or do you know someone who got approved i-130 without having access to their USCIS account?? 😭
My husband and I tried everything to have the access code after we didn't receive it on the receipt notice. It's been 8 months and nothing yet. We requested it online, didn't work. We called USCIS 10 times and every time they said it will be send in the next days but we never received anything.
We are worried because we see lot of people getting approved but all of them have access to their USCIS account and we don't.
USCIS says that won't delay our case but we don't know.

my eb2-niw is approved and my child is born after my i-140 petition submission she wasn’t in the dependents at the time of application. Now my case is with NVC, I tried to submit my visa fee and ofcourse my newly born is not there in dependents. What will be the procedure for her?
