@teetee fabulous rfe was for medical and i864, they say my joint sponsor initially was not qualified so I used a a different joint sponsor. so I got a conditional greencard

@teetee fabulous initially when my husband did his i130 it was done one online, I got a receipt saying it's at Potomac and when I got approved it was at Texas service center, i1485 and i765 was approved at ncb, it me 7months to get approved but it saddens me to see people who file 2021 and 2022 still don't even have a EAD

@shanikay p Yes I'm one of those people. It took me 7 mths to get EAD approval. All the older cases are getting left behind. All my cases are at the hospice (NBC) 😫

@teetee fabulous EAD in 7months, I got mine EAD in one month after filing i485, I hope you get approved before Christmas comes, that would be a great gift to you and more freedom to move about
