i requested the upgrade they upgraded it to F1 but the cspa age was under 21 and even i130 was filed when age was under 21 looking for the possible ways i can do if i can opt out and get back to F2A or can get it IR2 Please help me out if anyone can help me. 🙏🏻

está app y case tracker no sirven Les recomiendo que chequen su acceso a uscis yo encontré mi aprobación de permiso de trabajo solo visitando el área de documentos mi fecha de prioridad es 4/21/2023 también les quería compartir que entre a Emma y pedí hablar con un agente y literal le dije que “por qué hay otros casos que se aprueban más rápido que el mío “ me preguntó mi nombre mi recibo y me dijo llama al 1800 unos días después me aprobaron el permiso (no llame) buena suerte y ojalá el mío llegue pronto

my cousin got an email that her case is ready for an interview and her case is in the embassy now , how long does it take to schedule the interview??

PD : July 2022 Biometrics: August 2022 RFE (medical exam): June 2023 Responded to rfe: July 2023 Approved: September 18th (exactly 60 days after they received my response for rfe) Card produced: September 28th Received: September 30th 🙏🙏🙏 I didn’t use a lawyer or any kind of help. Thank you everyone for the advice & support. I wish everyone a speedy journey. Patience was the most difficult part. I’m finally going to see my parents after 9 years & they get to meet my daughter. 🥲
