I am currently waiting on I 485 to get approval
PD: July 2022, USC
June 2023 - Request for medical (from local field office) letter stated this would determine final decision.
July 2023 - received medical
I am wanting to travel to Mexico to see my parents after 9 years, my daughter is almost 1 & I would love for them to meet her. Am I eligible to file I 131?

We applied without Lawyers. We make our EB2 NIW case by ourselves. For the 485, my wife got an RFE asking again for medical exams and an explanation of her legal status in the US. We responded that 2 weeks ago. This is a beautiful path and experience. We apply as B1/B2 visa holders inside the US.

I received this in my email
The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 60 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview.
what does it mean? is it positive? or I have to see a lot of these emails before my IL?
