NVC case number received but I-360 is still pending?
Dear all, I submitted my application for VAWA to USCIS. Today I have an email from NVC with a case number. I thought that USCIS send the case if the case is approved. My VAWA case is still pending since 2020 ,when I look my case status. Why does NVC send me a case number? Does anyone have an experience like this? I very much appreciate it, if someone can answer me. best

did you concurrently file ? and did you ever recieve a prima facie letter ?

@Bruce Seung lee ! I am so happy for you , Is there any option, for getting any email from uscis? could you please tell about that ? I want to check snd active it for my case too.

I posted this matter in online too. Two attorneys answered that it could be a mistake of USCIS.🤣🤣🤣 I still need to wait for the approval.

they should be sending you a new one soon .. I’m from 2020 Nov and still waiting!
