Waiting times
How can you guys stay hopeful? I am losing it. I left the US in 2021 because the VB was current and the whole process was taking 12-18 months. I'm 4 years in already with probably 2 more to go, PD jan 2023, now I'm stuck home.
Did anyone get an H2B after the I 140? I just want to work for a while until I'm current, I miss the US, I miss my friends.

Hello everyone,
I'm looking to see if anyone has recently received an approval for their NVC case.
It seems like the processing times for this type of form are longer than usual. I have been waiting for a decision for 10 months now and am starting to lose hope. I've seen some AI-based predictions that suggest a decision might be coming soon, but who can say for sure?
My case is an EB-2 NIW with a priority date of February 21, 2023. My I-485 application was denied because I submitted before I-140 was approved.
. I am now in my home country awaiting consular processing.
I hope my earlier mistake doesn't cause any more delays.
Thanks for any information you can share.

Adjustment of Status eligibility

HELP!!!
Ihave a question regarding my eligibility to adjust status in the U.S. under the EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) category.
Here’s my current situation:
I have a pending asylum application, which I filed within 180 days of falling out of lawful nonimmigrant status.
I have not accrued unlawful presence since that time.
I also currently have valid TPS (Temporary Protected Status).
Given this, would I be eligible to apply for Adjustment of Status (Form I-485) while remaining in the U.S., or would I still be required to pursue Consular Processing due to the lack of traditional lawful status (despite having lawful presence and TPS)?
I understand there are some exceptions in the law (such as INA 245(k) and recent USCIS guidance on TPS), and I would really appreciate your expert opinion on how my combination of TPS, pending asylum, and EB-2 NIW eligibility might affect my ability to adjust status here.
Huge movement for EB3 ROW in the July VB. Let's do a poll on how many people are pending/approved for each group of dates
I can't believe the FAD is jumping from Feb 8 2023 to April 1 2023. I don't know what made them decide to do this but it feels premature.
As someone with Dec 2022 PD, I really hope I'll be approved before all of these applicants become eligible in July and my application risks getting lost in the pile.
Creating this poll to take a pulse check.
It's worth mentioning that folks who have already been approved are unlikely to be active on this forum. But I'm mainly interested in comparing the pending counts.
