@d Pat There has been a pattern of approving I-130s and leaving I-485s in limbo. You should seriously consider suing.

@hopeful 🙌🏼 go to your respectiful senator or congressman websites it should be a link that says help with federal agency on all of em and press uscis if doesn’t give you option to press uscis, when you fill out the form just put uscis in the line where it says which agency

This is normal when USCIS officers are still waiting on results from background check which is ver integral to how they will rule on your application. The fact that there are no criminal historys indicated on your forms does not mean USCIS will skip this back ground stage. Once your results are back if there are no adverse findings here or anywhere else in your application or immihration history USCIS typically issues an approval. @d Pat What country are you from? There is no way of knowing how fast this will all be. It depends on what type of third party background checks are being done.
