good moral character ?
I filed VAWA myself in 2025 ( took me 2 years to prepare the evidence , and pre select it, package still was 120-200 pages long overall).
what do they mean by good moral character ? I have a clean police record, did some volunteer work some time ago, have my university and work at the same time…. I have witness writings from friends ( who are both Us citizens loving abroad) hoping that this helps but o wouldn’t know what they actually mean by good mortal character.

you need to get afidavit letters from us citizen stating you are a good neighbor, good human being, you are involve in the comunnity in a helping in a. good way.

my opinion is Vawa statement is important before you consider your character. What you say in your statement and supporting documents about your scenario or abuse will make your case or break.Whether believable or not that is why they ask for RFE when they feel they need extra information for clarity. Good moral character is important however that will come as last before approval. Just saying

I never lived in the states I don’t think the FBI has files on me …. at least o hope they don’t
