i130 approved, what now?
I got approved!!! I’m so happy 😁🥹 but I want to know, what is next and roughly about how long does the rest of the process take? everyone please share your experiences with me. is there any thing I should prepare for? can I stop worrying from this point forward or we are still not out of the woods? so to speak.

next Tuesday will be 60 days since I sent my RFE. ( it was not for medical, I got medical rfe in January, then June they sent me another rfe for something they lost )
my case is at 2 years (8/17/2021)
if I don’t get anything by next week I’m filing mandamus which I really don’t wanna do but I just want my answer :( my I-130 has been approved for 8 months already but this I-485 is taking forever.
inquires do nothing, congressperson, ombudsman. I’m so upset and want this to be over.
Time for Status to Update After Receiving Medical RFE
Medical RFE and Bonafide Marriage proof delivered last Tuesday. Do they update status to “response to RFE received”, if yes, how much time does it take?

O1 petition aporoved, but USCIS hasn’t shipped for 4 weeks now
My O1 petition was aporoved with pp on Aug 4th and I was told by lawyer that USCIS hasn’t shipped the document yet.
is anyone else having longer time than 4 weeks just to receive the approval document?
my case tracker says “case was approved and the decision was emailed”. when they ship, would this change to another status? i noticed that some other people simply have status “case was approved”.

EB2-NIW case, and travel coming up. advice needed?
Hi, I just finished preparing the documents for the EB2-NIW. I haven’t filed anything. I’m a PhD with F1 student and the NIW is through my research, there is a chance I might need to travel in December out of US to present a paper (that’s also related to the NIW).
I’ve read that AOS intent on the I-140, is illegal to enter US. I’m trying to understand, if I should wait until December (back from conference) to file the I-140? or file the I-140 now with councellar processing?
