Hm.. My patience is almost over!
It has been 80 days since I sent my medicals as a responce to USCIS’s request (RFE).
Need to talk to someone at USCIS, over the phone? in-person? Since it’s VAWA, they don’t want to release any case-related information over the phone. how can I talk to human at USCIS?
I started the whole VAWA process in September, 2020 and filed for I-485 concurrently.
VAWA got approved on April 4, 2023.
Received RFE for Medicals I-639 on June 3, 2023 and responded on June 27, 2023.
IT HAS BEEN 3 YEARS ALREADY. Cm’on!!

EB2 ROW, case retrogressed in May23 and current back in Sept23. online tracking never showed RFE nor RRFE. RFE from Brooklyn Field Office (non local), no interview. My wife was also approved.

Family Reunification Program for Colombia?
Is anyone here familiar with the Family Reunification Program? It is now available to some central and south american countries. Colombia is one of them which is where my husband is…but NVC says that only approved i130 petitions are getting the invites. Has anyone received one? How quickly does the process move with that new program?
This process sucks.
It has now been exactly a year since we filed mg husband's i485/i765/i131, and 13 months since we filed my i130. We have contacted a representative's office and a senators office. Put in an expedite request. And put in a service request. In two days, I should be able to put in another expedite request - thats when 15 days is up for the sevice request. I dont know what else to do, we are just trying to expedite my husband's work authorization. He even did his biometrics last October.

Joint sponsor for RFE I-864
I got an RFE for my I-864 and my husband is the main sponsor. Can the uncle of my husband be a joint sponsor even if we’re living at the same adress but are not living together? Or would he be considered as a household member?
