My case just has been transferred to Washington DC field office. Does anyone have any ideas how long it takes to get approved?
Emma told My interview was waived.
RFE is about the tax docs.
I received my combo card in February.

RFE Question
I have a question USCIS has requested RFE the only thing I’m not able to present from my sponsor is her Taxes as my wife didn’t get to file them this year because she was dealing with Surgery but she was going to file her taxes next year as tax season had ended what do I do now? Can she file her taxes now? Do I send in everything and a letter stating why she didn’t do her taxes? I’ve been trying to get in contact with USCIS to ask but I can’t get past the Robot

Timeline Request: Anyone here with recent EAD renewal based on category C8 from NSC?
just trying to get some timeline around what the actual processing times are nowadays for EAD renewal (mostly ones that were filed in 2023)
submitted my online renewal today.
last renewal was a pain, had to wait a really long time for approval.
looks like uscis processing timeline doesn't provide timeline based on service center anymore

I-551 stamp while I-751 is under processing
Hi,
I heard that not every airport/airlines are aware of 48 month auto-extension with I-751’s receipt notice and some employers are also requesting to get a I-551 stamp
Does anyone know what the process is to get I-551 stamp in the field office and what should I say to the USCIS customer service agent while requesting an appointment?
